IMPORTANT – Sign-up Fee
A £5 sign-up payment must be made before we will include you in our database. Please note we will not consider any coaches for our database until payment has been confirmed and processed!
Once you have successfully sent us your details, you will receive instructions by email on how to pay the sign-up fee through Paypal. If you would rather pay by cheque or other means, or have not received your confirmation email, please contact us with your details.
A confirmation message with details for paying your £5 sign-up fee will be emailed to you shortly.

All information given will be for the use of UK All Sports Ltd only and will not be passed on to any third parties for use in any promotional activity unless permission is given by you. However, your personal data will be used by UK All Sports to keep you updated with relevant information that we perceive will benefit you. Communication with you will be made through telephone, email and/or post depending on the nature of the information.
